I got mad and screamed and something flew across the room with out being touched. what is happening to me?!?!?

i got mad at some kid in my cl and when i yelled at him a beaker that was on a table across the room flew off the table and shattered against the wall and the water in the beaker stayed the way it was till someone touched it.
