What are the odds that I will miscarry again?

Hi there ladies!!! In April, I miscarried at 9 weeks. I ended up having to have a D&C because the fetus wouldn't p on it's own. I just found out today that we are expecting again and when I first found out, I was super ecstatic. Now my excitement has turned into fear of miscarrying again. My first miscarriage was due to unknown reasons. I talked to my Mom and she told me that often times a first pregnancy does end up in miscarriage ( I think she was just trying to calm my nerves ) and that the second pregnancy is usually healthy.
