How can i encourage my baby to turn head down? shes breech?

i know theres still time for her to turn, but how can i encourage her to turn? i really dont want a c section, an i usually go into labour myself at 37weeks, im 35 weeks now. any tips plz? plz dont suggest going swimming has i have,nt got a costume an im not buying one just to wear for a few weeks lol. thanks for yr replys x
