Is a 5.8L 351 Windsor 4BL HO a good engine....?

I have an '85 Bronco XLT with one in it, and im told it is only like 6 years old but idk the actuall year of the engine....but it sounds really good but i was wonderin is it actually puttin out alot of horsepower?
