Quick I need helpwith my over protective parents and quick;y?

Ok so tomorrow is the last day of school for me and I'm in middle school and I'm 13 going to be 14 in 3 weeks. My friends invited me to hang out with them in the mall and I said yes but I would need permission from my parents first. When I asked my mom she said no and the reason why she didnt wat me to go was because she said that there was an extremely high chance that I might get kidnapped and that she didnt want to take it. I was vey disappointed in her for not understanding and for being so old and ignorant. I really want to go with my friends because I never have any fn they always keep me at home and its always so boring there. I work very hard at school. And when I ask them for something so simple they said no. I have never hung out with my friends outside of school before. Its always just work and study and work. I'm near the age of 14 and they still wont let me go to the mall with friends. And they think that I'm happy goping to the mall with them. I'm in my teenage years.
